Summary

We're almost done with January, and statistically speaking, over 1/2 of us have already quit our new year's resolutions. Many of us set goals at the end of the year and haven't addressed them since. Many of us are already questioning why we tried to make the changes we did when we made them, and we've subsequently fallen victim to the familiar cycle we've experienced year after year. Nothing changes if nothing changes. But why is this year going to be different? In this episode, I dive into the importance of consistency, intentionality, and attitude when it comes to driving change via the actions we take. We learn that the greatest challenge for many of us isn't motivation, goal setting, or confidence; The greatest challenge is simply taking action.
